Celery is an underrated food. It is an excellent source of beneficial enzymes and antioxidants. Celery reduces both inflammation and cholesterol levels in the body. I find that celery also tastes great, especially when accompanied by peanut butter. The low calorie content of celery makes it an effective food in weight loss diets. This fact about celery caught me by surprise when I first read it. I am interested to know other foods that are popular in weight loss diets. Celery is essentially the most harmless food that you can eat. Celery is relatively easy to prepare. I like to remove as many strings as possible from each celery stalk to make them easier to chew. You can also fill the stalks with peanut butter, blue cheese, or any filling that you choose. Eat lots of brussels sprouts. These have a high amount of dietary fiber and they can help lower your cholesterol. Why are you not eating more brussels sprouts? All you have to do is steam brussels sprouts. That's it. Brussels sprouts are more nutritious when they are steamed. Buy this steamer  that doubles as a rice cooker. It's 100% worth it. The Brussels sprout is a cruciferous vegetable. You can basically go nuts with cruciferous vegetables because they are very nutritious. I would probably dip them in some kind of sauce.
